Thank you for shopping with Mother Matcha! We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while ensuring each matcha tin is packed with care.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule. Mother Matcha is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
